About the Position: Our client is looking for a mid–senior Property Lawyer to step into a key role within a growing property practice on the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys end-to-end file ownership, direct client engagement, and delivering commercially sensible outcomes. You’ll work across a broad spread of property matters, including: Developer acquisitions and disposals (including due diligence and structuring support) Residential and commercial conveyancing (sales, purchases, off-the-plan matters) Commercial, retail and industrial leasing (including negotiations, renewals and assignments) Property transactions supporting corporate/commercial matters as required Drafting and negotiating contracts, special conditions, and ancillary documentation Supporting and leading a small team and driving matters forward with minimal supervision This role suits a confident, independent lawyer who can manage competing deadlines, provide clear advice, and build long-term relationships with repeat clients and referrers.
